📚 Easy tips to organize your home office space – whether you have a dedicated room or not! 📚

If you struggle to concentrate or get stressed locating necessary paperwork, an organization of your office space might be just what you need!

Your physical environment can play a meaningful role in your mental health. 🤓 And by starting the year with an organized, dedicated space to “work” on what’s important, you might find more clarity!

So, try these easy tips –

✔️ Start by sorting through what you no longer need. There’s a reason the Marie Kondo method was binged on Netflix!

✔️ Clear off your desk or workspace! A clutter-free space will feel much lighter for you and your decor

✔️ Group like items together into categories and place them in storage bins and labeled folders

✔️ Put paperwork into binders or consider uploading to a cloud storage

✔️ Try a “To-Do,” “In-Progress, and “Done” system for keeping track of projects with bins or hanging wall folders

✔️ Designate a space for tasks such as using your computer, crafting, homework, etc.

✔️ If you’re using a multi-purpose area for your office, either set aside a spot or create a “mobile office space” using a cart with shelves

✔️ Get into the habit of picking up after you’re done using the area for the day

If your space is messy, this might feel like an overwhelming task to begin with. But I promise, when you’re done, it will be worth it!
