I dedicate time to being an expert on the local real estate market. I know what’s happening with market trends, am familiar with everywhere to live, and am well-informed on local real estate matters.
When you work with somebody from out of town, they might not know what they don’t know. 🤷♀️🤷♂️ And this can ultimately end up costing you in the long run.
